Biography

Christina Jensen is an Iowa native who graduated from Iowa State University in Ames, IA with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. She is certified by the National Certification Committee of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Christina comes to TOA from Minneapolis, MN where she worked with an orthopedic group for two years and specialized in spine surgery and non-operative spine care. She continues to have a particular interest in spine care, but also loves getting to work with the pediatric population in the urgent care setting. She enjoys improving patients’ functional limitations and getting them back to the activities they love.

Outside of work Christina enjoys spending time with her husband and two pit bull mixes Lucy and Kobayashi. Her free time is spent climbing, cycling, gardening, crafting, and vintage shopping. She also enjoys watching Nashville Soccer Club matches and Nashville Roller derby bouts.
