Biography

Joshua Carrier, FNP-C, is proud to serve the Clarksville community as a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in orthopedic care. Having moved to Clarksville in 1989 and graduated from Northwest High School in 1995, Joshua has deep roots in the community he is honored to call home. His connection to Clarksville runs even deeper through his father, an Army veteran, whose service and dedication helped shape Joshua’s appreciation for the people and families who make this community special.

Throughout his career, Joshua has had the opportunity to work across various areas of medicine, most recently spending the past three years in emergency medicine. This broad clinical experience has strengthened his ability to evaluate injuries, manage acute conditions, and provide compassionate care to patients with diverse healthcare needs.

Working in orthopedics has always been a professional goal for Joshua, and he is especially excited to pursue that passion in his hometown. His clinical interests include joint pain, fracture care, sports-related injuries, and general orthopedic conditions.

Joshua believes in treating every patient with respect, listening carefully to their concerns, and developing individualized treatment plans that help them return to the activities and lifestyle they enjoy. He is committed to combining clinical expertise with a personal, community-focused approach to care.
