Mario received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida International University in 2014. He has practiced in outpatient orthopedics throughout his career. Mario is pursuing a PhD in Health and Human Performance through Concordia University, where he is conducting research into metabolic effects of Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT), and Effects of Chronic pain on Cardiovascular function. Mario is a collaborating principal investigator and adjunct professor with Belmont University’s Department of Physical Therapy. Mario is certified in Dry needling, and BFRT.
