Biography

Rusty graduated from the Interservice Physician Assistant Program in San Antonio, TX and Ft. Campbell, KY in 2009. He received a MS in Physician Assistant Studies. Rusty is Certified by the National Certification Committee on Physician Assistants, and licensed by the State of Tennessee. Prior to PA school, he served as a Combat Medic in the US Army. Before joining TOA in April 2021, Rusty worked as a PA in the US Army at Ft. Campbell, KY, and as an emergency medicine PA in Clarksville, TN and Dickson, TN. His supervising physician is Dr. Kurt Kowalski.
