"Dr. West is a wonderful physician"
Dr. West is a wonderful physician who I trust implicitly to take care of my orthopedic problems. He has replaced both of my knees, and 10 days ago replaced my left shoulder with a reverse total shoulder. He takes his time to explain in clear language your options including non-surgical ones. He gives you time to make your decision on how to proceed with no pressure at all. He is warm and personable and always has a smile. He is also an extremely well-trained and knowledgeable orthopedic physician. His personal office staff (PA Katrina and MA Jennifer) are also top notch. I would refer him in a heartbeat to anyone needing orthopedic care, and I don't plan on ever seeing anyone else.
