Everyone at TOA I have seen or met has been so nice. The staff appear to enjoy their work. Dr. Rubright is what I expect an excellent doctor to be. He is kind, personable, attentive and very good at his chosen profession. I will highly recommend him to anyone with upper extremity concerns.
