I'd recommend TOA & Dr. Rubright to anyone!
I would recommend TOA, specifically Dr. Rubright, to anyone thinking of having surgery on their hand or arm. He recently performed Carpal Tunnel surgery on both of my wrists at the same time. While I've had several surgeries, I must say this was the easiest to recover from. Dr. Rubright has a charming manner and put me at ease from the very beginning. He was extremely easy to talk to. The entire staff was very kind from the office staff to the surgical staff. If I am ever in need of any further assistance, I'll definitely choose TOA.
