Alex McCurry PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS

Biography

Alex joined TOA in 2008 and has worked in various roles throughout the Therapy Department. He currently works as a physical therapist and serves as the Therapy Manager for the Murfreesboro, Stonecrest, and Westlawn locations. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training (2006) and a master’s degree in Exercise Science (2008) from Middle Tennessee State University, then went on to receive a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Tennessee State University in 2012. Alex enjoys treating patients of all ages with a variety of orthopedic conditions and is particularly interested in helping athletes return to competition following an injury or surgery. In addition to being a licensed physical therapist in the state of Tennessee, he is also a certified athletic trainer (ATC) and certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS).
