My visit to this TOA office in Springfield was definitely a 5 star. Dr. Moo Young was cordial, informative and gave me several options for treatment. The office staff, nurses and X-ray tech were friendly and efficient and I was seen in a timely manner. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Moo Young if you need orthopedic care.

My son was very nervous to go for his fractures, but Rusty made him feel relaxed and it turned out to be a pleasant visit.

Mr Mauney is thorough, knowledgeable and just all around great. Both myself and my daughter have seen him and we are extremely pleased.

Dr. Schneider is very competent and sympathetic. I had a bad fracture in my ankle, and he fixed me up! It is totally healed now, and I am working with physical therapy.

Dr. Woo Young was very personable and really cared about my concerns. He is very knowledgeable and had a plan for my care.

Dr. Moo Young was great, attentive, apathetic, and listened to my concerns. Explained things to me and answered all questions I had. Very professional. His compasson shows cares about his patients. Mine was a foot plantar fascia problem so did follow up with a podiatrist since its hard to give a concise healing time but while under his care I did feel I was taken care of, and the staff worked to help get MRI approval and also helped me to get the CD and report copy that I could take to the podiatrist for continuation of care which I really appreciate. Over all was a good experience.

I really liked Rusty. He was quick but thorough and gave a concise explanation of the injury and what to expect. He was understanding in the fact that it's senior year and my son's injury might have made it his last basketball game but keeps checking him in case it heals up and maybe he can play one more game. I appreciate the hope knowing how much my son loves to play.

My little girl (6yo) broke her arm on new years eve. Everything about it could be scary and painful, but Rusty has been wonderful. My daughter really likes him; he has a great rapport with us, giving us lots of guidance and comfort. He's a great practitioner.

It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Rusty. He was patient and attentive to what I wanted to say. He had a plan to help me with my injury and explained how to go forward in my PT, helped my swelling and what the plan is for the next 8 weeks. I was happy that he wanted to see me back in 3 weeks, so that is comforting to know they are available. I look forward to working with Dr. Rusty whenever I have a spine injury now and in the future. The Springfield Tn office was a little different. They took a week to clear me of all pain mgmt. and treatments in the past. I guess they do it differently than Nashville. I felt like them avoiding addiction problems First was more important than me and my pain. I didn’t get a receipt with treatment received. So, of course I did not write my treatment plan down, so I don’t know what I was injected with or the prescriptions, but Walgreens has those. I like to keep track of the time and treatment because I’m disabled and I need to get my disability approved. Overall, I’m glad that I waited and saw Dr. Rusty. Fantastic 👍🏼💯
