I thought my first visit went very well. The staff was quite courteous and Dr. Ruse was excellent in explaining everything. She was gentle in the steroid injection.

If you need shoulder surgery Dr Glenn is the dr to do it. He will treat the symptom first if he can . You follow his instructions and you will be up and going soon. He is the kindest and best dr you could ever meet . His office staff is amazing . They always introduce themselves first and welcomes you to the office . He doesn’t release you until you are ready . He really cares for his patients and so does his staff . You won’t be disappointed. If you’re in pain don’t wait he’ll fix you right up.

Dr. Christian Anderson is very professional and he makes sure you are in tip top shape before he releases you to make sure you can handle things like you use to do. Front Desk personnel was awesome and the X-Ray Technician was absolutely the best. Great professional people.

TOA was my first and only choice for care with my knee. The staff and doctor's are caring, sensitive to my needs and professional. They helped me set up and schedule my testing and imaging appointments as well as my follow-up Doctor appointment to review my test results. TOA has several offices in the Middle Tennessee Area so it makes it very easy to find a convenient location for my care.

Acceptable wait, kind, and helped me very much! He was careful with the diagnosis and explained he would refer me to the correct physician for my problem. Checked with me about pain management til I could see the right doctor. Very satisfied.

This doctor and his team are top notch. They take time to answer any questions that I had. Very friendly and very thorough. This has been a very positive experience. My total knee replacement has gone very well. Not afraid to have the other knee fixed.

Awesome doctor, Dr. Paul Crook and everyone at the facility is professional and friendly!

Office is always clean and well maintained. Office staff from the checkin window to the nurse who calls you back are always upbeat and friendly. The wait to see the Dr. is always short. Dr. Crook always shows concern for his patients recovery. My only issue is when he seems to constantly be guessing what the issue is. First it was frozen shoulder. (Not!) Now it’s tendonitis. Finally, he has ordered a MRI to try to figure out the weakness and continued pain in my shoulder. *update: It turns out the rotator cuff ripped again. So, now I’m having a total shoulder replacement. I have faith in Dr. Crook to do excellent work on this surgery. He answered all my questions in layman terms and he didn’t try to rush through his answers. I’m very happy with Dr.Crook and his staff.
