Great experience with professional people who work at the facility!

I was seen and attended to as scheduled, Dr. Crook was very professional, informative and attended to my needs right away. The whole staff was pleasant and professional.

Dr Crook was the surgeon for my recent total knee replacement. I then spent a couple of weeks in a short-term rehab facility. And the medical & therapy staff there all commented how good my incision looked and how well it was healing. I think that is due to the excellent work of TOA’s Dr Crook.

Dr Crook performed rotator cuff surgery five years ago on my left shoulder. He did an absolute excellent job and I regained by range of motion. His staff was excellent. Fast forward to now my right shoulder was worst off. Both based on a military career I’m sure. He just performed a total shoulder replacement and three weeks in things are looking good. Once again he and his staff have been excellent. I would recommend him to anyone needing this type of medical service. Awesome.

Acceptable wait, kind, and helped me very much! He was careful with the diagnosis and explained he would refer me to the correct physician for my problem. Checked with me about pain management til I could see the right doctor. Very satisfied.

Dr. Crook and the medical attention I received were great. So was the help I required to get registered for parking at the One City location.

Dr. Crooke is very thorough in explaining everything and did a great job all around. Very satisfied although I hope to never have to use him again lol. If I do, I wouldn’t hesitate and I highly recommend him.

Dr Crook was kind, very knowledgeable, and took time to answer all of my questions. I left his office understanding how to take better care of my orthopedic problem because he took the time to explain it to me in detail. I’ve been too many doctors over my knees. All of them took x-rays told me it was arthritis and sent me out after giving me shots. My first appointment with Paul he actually took the initiative to order me MRIs so we can get to the part of my body is causing my knee problems. Although I have not got the MRIs yet, I have to save the money up. I will be getting them soon and I’m very appreciative. This doctor is actually gonna help me solve my problem instead of just cover it up. Thank you so much, sir

Dr Crook is an amazing surgeon. My knee surgery went well and I'm recovering also with physical therapy.

Dr. Crook and his staff are competent, friendly, and patient centered. He is a good listener and is able to communicate highly technical medical information quite clearly to patients who do not have special medical knowledge.

Dr. Crook performed a partial knee replacement on my left knee a little over a year ago and I was involved in a car wreck the knee I had the replacement on was swollen from the wreck. It took me a couple of weeks to get an appointment but when I did Dr. Crook advised his staff he wanted and needed to see me. He examined my knee told me what it was and assured me it will be ok. He was thorough and pleasant. I appreciate the concern and great customer service!

Like I said the atmosphere I felt was a comfortable professional office setting. Dr. Crook perform my first evaluation and I am more than pleased with the professional care they are taking.

Awesome doctor, Dr. Paul Crook and everyone at the facility is professional and friendly!

Office is always clean and well maintained. Office staff from the checkin window to the nurse who calls you back are always upbeat and friendly. The wait to see the Dr. its always short. Dr. Crook always shows concern for his patients recovery. My only issue is when he seems to constantly be guessing what the issue is. First it was frozen shoulder. (Not!) Now it’s tendonitis. Finally, he has ordered a MRI to try to figure out the weakness and continued pain in my shoulder.

Dr.Crook was amazing. First of all he was very prompt and informative. My recovery for my hip replacement has been so fast. I was off my walker in 3 days and pretty much self sufficient in two weeks which I credit to a successful surgery.

Great experience for a rotator cuff repair. Would recommend to anyone in need and though I hope to never need his services again, Dr. Crook had excellent bedside manner, answered all my questions, and did an excellent job. I am now 3 months out and have had no complications.
