Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Got me an appointment right away. Dr. Loftis was very professional, personable, and explained everything.

Dr. Cochran is a very good orthopedic doctor and surgeon. He takes time with you ensuring all questions are answered. He listens and truly wants you to be pain free. I can attest to this personally upon discovering I am nearly immune to numbing agents, just prior to my surgical procedure. He continually checked on my pain levels throughout the operation, stressing He wants to be sure I was comfortable and never took offense to telling him when I began having feeling as the agent wore off. He believed me even though I am a rare case for the local anesthetic. He stopped, reissued the numbing agent as needed and proceeded further only when he was assured I was comfortable. He didn't rush through the consultation or the procedure even though the procedure took less time than he anticipated, even with the extra time he took to ensure my pain level was manageable. His bedside manner is exquisite as well and has a sense of humor if you wish to engage him that way. He made me feel like I was important and got the best care possible. Even during follow ups post surgery. AMAZING human being and physician.

The staff are so sweet and easy to work with. Dr. Cochran was great. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was detailed in his explanation. He even drew pictures to help me visualize what he was saying.

I have always been happy with TOA. This visit with Dr Loftis was very good. He always listens. Is very nice and professional. The block was quick and painless. I know I can depend on him to take good care of me. Thank you so much. P.S. Really like the new Spring Hill site.

Beautiful facility, friendly, pleasant staff. The lady who applied my cast was professional and obviously had done it many times. Dr. Pharr was attentive and concise, not bad to look at either!

Aprx 12 yrs ago I had both knees replaced by Dr. Wm Kurtz at TOA at Centinial Hosp Nashville. Was and still am very pleased with the service and care I received. This visit to Dr. Lee Hunter at the new Spring Hill office was also very excellent. Dr. Hunter was very easy to talk with and he explained my hand and wrist problems thoroughly. I am very pleased with TOA and Dr. Hunter.

Dr Hunter and the staff at TOA do a great job . I've had 3 different surgeries performed by Dr. Hunter and he is very meticulous and has always treated my injuries and me with great care and respect.

Dr. Lowe is an orthopedic surgical genius. He truly cares about his patients and is very meticulous, knowledgeable, and professional. He commits to his patients to do the right things to improve quality of life. I had been under the care of a pain management group for 4 years and had been taking very powerful medications. After my very intensive and difficult surgery, my severe back and leg pain completely stopped and I no longer needed to be treated with narcotics or even Tylenol. I have total trust and faith in Dr. Lowe. He is a miracle healer. I am able to walk, exercise, lift things and do anything I want without worrying about injury or causing pain. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Lowe for giving me my life back.

TOA here is great! I've never had a problem with them, and they treat me like one of the family almost I feel like. Dr Robert Lowe is a superb orthopedic Dr, seemed very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed to do to help my back issues. Definitely would recommend TOA and Dr Robert Lowe!

Dr. Lawrence is one of the best orthopedic doctors in Middle Tennessee. He is very knowledgeable and caring!! He is the orthopedic surgeon responsible for repairing my rotator cuff and bicep tendon successfully. You are in great care and hands with Dr. Lawrence!

I was able to get an appointment quickly! I didn’t have to wait long at all . The appointment went fast . Waiting for an MRI Appointment and to be assessed. Everyone was very kind and efficient.

I was greeted by his friendly staff with the a smile as soon as I walked in the door. I sat in the for no more than 5 minutes before I was called into the exam room. Dr Lawrence walked in after a few brief moments. My entire visit was 30min. The staff and Dr Lawrence were welcoming and professional.

4th time I’ve used TOA. I’ve had shoulder surgery, orthroscopic surgery on my left knee, left bicep repair, right hip replacement and a left knee replacement. Dr. Lawrence is a great doctor with great bedside manners. I would not hesitate to use him again.
