Beginning August 31st, TOA Nashville will see patients at our new office location at 2100 Church St.
About This Location
One-City is currently located between West End and Charlotte Ave., just off the 28th/31st Avenue connector and Charlotte Avenue. TOA is the anchor office in the
impressive mirrored and glass building on City Blvd. There is convenient street
and underground parking.
*Please note that the underground parking garage has QR scanning locations throughout the garage to register your license plate number. You will not be charged for parking, but will need to register your vehicle via the QR code.*
