This new place is very nice and makes you feel comfortable. I was late to my appointment with another doctor but he had left for the day. So the doctor or NP was there and he gave me my shots in both knees. I’m just so great full that he was able to do them.

Doctor McInnis is amazing to work with. He really listens and cares about his patience and wants what’s best for them. He took the time to explain everything to me so that I understood what was going on with my hip.

From the moment I walked into my very first appointment, Dr. Doug completely changed what could have been a stressful experience. Before the nurse even came out to take my X-rays, he introduced himself with a warm smile and immediately made me feel welcome. That simple gesture spoke volumes. I’ve been incredibly stressed and anxious about what’s going on with my leg, but Dr. Doug was genuine, comforting, professional, and took the time to put me at ease. He has a calm confidence that instantly builds trust, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients—not just their diagnosis. I haven’t even had my MRI yet, but I already feel confident that whatever the results are, he’ll give me honest, thoughtful advice and guide me toward the best outcome. Whether the answer is physical therapy, another treatment, or even surgery, I trust his judgment and am ready to follow his lead to get my leg back to 100%. It’s rare to find a doctor who is not only highly professional but also so personable and compassionate. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and makes you feel heard from the very first meeting, I can’t recommend Dr. Doug highly enough.

My visit was excellent. The wait time was ok. The time it took for X-rays and when the Dr. entered the room were good. Dr. I was very thorough with his diagnosis. Prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy before I pulled out the garage. I had a very good urgent severe pain visit!!!

I was able to get an appointment quickly. Had x-rays, saw the NP, McInnis, and was given treatment in a very timely manner. Great care…I highly recommend TOA!

I had an excellent experience with Douglas McInnis NP at TOA. He was kind, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything in detail so I could fully understand the procedure and treatment plan. He removed fluid from my knee and administered a steroid injection with virtually no pain. I had the same procedure done five years ago, and it was one of the most painful experiences I’ve had, so I was amazed by how gentle and skilled he was. His professionalism and bedside manner were exceptional. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking compassionate and expert care.

I am 80 years old now and have been using TOA for at least 12 years. I started with Dr. Herring because of a bunion; he was just excellent. I miss him very much. After a bad accident with concussion, I went to the rehab facility. Now I see Doug McInnis, Jr. for injections for pain in my knee. I will see another doctor soon about pain in my shoulder. I like TOA because the people are nice, the facility is clean and beautiful, the medical people take me seriously, and parking is available underground. One thing which would be a good addition balance training for those who need it. I had to go elsewhere to find that. But, all in all, I’ve had great experiences at TOA.
