Appointment easy to set up. Not much of a wait time, and I arrived early. Xrays done, and within a few minutes, Rich, came in and discussed my results. Thankfully I was able to be treated with a shot in my knee. He was kind, thorough and explained things well! Front desk staff was also 5 star!

Went to TOA in McMinnville for status of my hip and knee pain. April took X-rays and she was thorough , skilled and friendly. Next got to talk with Richard Planza NP. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions…and let me know exactly where I was with my pain. He helped with suggestions for supplements and a prescription for inflammation. He was friendly and I could tell he actually cared. He is the best,. I will always make him my go to advisor on my joint pains.

Dr. McKissick laid out a plan to help me deal with my arthritic knees. So far after one day, the medication he prescribed is working very well.

On April 10th I saw Dr. Matthew Barrett for the first time. I found him to be patient, willing to answer all my questions, and very compassionate about my reluctance to have a knee replacement. He took an ample amount of time to examine my knee and discuss the few advantages and many disadvantages of delaying the surgery. Guided by his advice, I went ahead and scheduled my surgery. I was thoroughly pleased with my visit- much more so than my visit with one of the other doctors at TOA last year.

I wouldn’t trust anyone except Dr Barrett with my knees. He is wonderful!!

Kyle is wonderful! He is very kind and is happy to talk with you about your concerns and is very informative. He’s also a most excellent shot administrator. The best!

While I have had different providers of services, they all are extremely competent, caring and professional . Recently I had the opportunity to see Aaron Kyle Kinslow for steroid shots in my knees. He was fantastic and highly skilled. As I move forward I will plan to stay with TOA for the care of my knees! Each time they provide 5 star service.

We found the staff and Dr. Kinslow very friendly and very knowledgeable. On my first visit there, he right away tried to help me, took x-rays, diagnosed my knee pain and gave me an injection to help with the pain. Very thankful for his concern and care.

Cole Cassidy is the most professional, knowledgeable, and understandable physician I have had the pleasure to be treated by. He has been extremely honest with me. Finding another tear in my shoulder no one else knew was there. He provided me with numerous options and choices for me. I would recommend him highly. You won't be disappointed!

I love Cole Cassidy with TOA he actually sits down one on one and talks with you and talks to you like a person should be he don't make you feel belittled or make you feel stupid. Visit with him is like a visit with a friend instead of a visit with a PA-C and he is just down to earth.and the staff that works their is very sweet and kind and dont make you feel like your just another dollar sign.

Love this office! Most doctors’ offices have staff that seem bored and annoyed that you’re bothering them, but the McMinnville branch of TOA has a stellar front-desk person who makes you feel like she’s glad you’re there! She’s fantastic! I also really like Cole Cassidy. He takes the time to really listen and explore options with you, and he’s super friendly while being very professional. This is one of only a handful of medical offices I actually look forward to visiting.
