My experience is fabulous every time I go to TOA. Dr. Shirley, Dr. Q and Dr. Spinuzza are top tier in listening and treatment. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Went into TAO urgent care everyone was fabulous and very caring. I saw Gannon Tissot PA and he took my pain and concerns seriously. Spent time talking to me as did the nurse. Arranged to have me scheduled with an Ortho hand specialist within 48 hours. I highly recommend. Amazing team.

Very helpful in care planning. Explores treatment options with me. Very relatable and down to earth. Not rushed during appointment time. Good experience

I was frustrated about the scheduling of an MRI w/ Maury; BUT, after talking with MELINDA, things were resolved and scheduled in less than 20 minutes! A shout out to BRENDA at Maury too! Thank you ladies... you were at the top of your game. I was even able to get the MRI scheduled that day in Lawrenceburg. I appreciate you. ❤️

Melissa is very thorough and caring. I believe she is very conservative in her diagnosis and cure. Only doing a more aggressive process if and when needed.

Doctor staff everyone involved absolute professionals did a rotator cup surgery about 10 years ago and then came back for carpal tunnel and tendon repair and they hooked at Old timer up good people

TOA in Columbia is the place to go for ortho problems, I am so happy with the treatment and answers to problems I have faced over the past five years. Most recently having a ruptured disk and seen by Melissa Byrd, NP has been a relief, everything I’ve faced and the recommendations and consultation have been great.

Got xray and consultation as a walk-in and only took a couple of hours. Went in worried I had torn something and Dr. Pickel reassured me I didn't and reminded me to stretch more before playing basketball as a 35 year old 😅not what I once was. Def will go back here for all my ortho needs!

Thanks for the attention to resolve my pain issues. Although still quite painful I hope the end result will be some relief.

I'm very satisfied with the patient service. I've had with the nurses, and Melissa Bird. However, the registration period and the very long wait in the waiting room was quite uncomfortable. I was the only one in the waiting room at that time and it was almost an hour before I was seen.

I didn't have a long wait. My concerns were heard, and help was offered.

Everyone was friendly and thorough in listening to my description of the issue with my leg and hip problem. I was glad to find out after several months that my pain is arthritis in my left hip.

This place is huge but they are on top of things. Stay was friendly, Dr.Mccall was great.

This was my second surgery at TOA and Dr. Hunter. The facility is spotless and Dr. Hunter and his staff were amazing!

Katie took the time to listen and discuss my concerns. I did not feel rushed at all.

My hip and back is still hurting. The shots are not working on me anymore. But other than that everyone was very friendly. I need something done other then shots and physical Therapy. I’m having trouble sitting and standing because I’m hurting so bad.

I love Nurse Nicci, such a wonderful person. I recommend this facility. I can say a few of the front staff can be rude but ignore them and enjoy everyone else.

My husband recently had surgery by Dr. Wade for a ruptured quad tendon. NP Nicci Tincher saw him for his first post op appointment. She was simply outstanding. Nicci was caring, patient, knowledgeable, all the things that one hopes to find in a medical professional.
