I’m so glad that TOA opened an office in Lawrenceburg. I only have to drive 10 minutes to Lawrenceburg, instead of 30-35 minutes to Columbia. Also, everyone was so nice and helpful. Merri Patterson is a pleasure to work with. She explained my procedure in detail, so that I would understand the next step with my hand, which is surgery. The entire experience at Orthoquick was terrific and Merri was exceptional!!!! Extremely knowledgeable....took the time to fully explain all aspects of what she saw from the X-rays. Offered treatment options but also gave her recommendation. She treated me like I could have been a member of her family instead of a random patient that she had never seen before. So impressed with the entire Orthoquick process, from scheduling, to wait time, to efficient diagnostics, and then to compassionate care. Five stars is not enough, but it's all I can give!!

Merri Patterson, PA was outstanding! She is a good listener, empathetic and very knowledgeable. After a thorough examination and X-rays she was able to come up with straight forward treatment plan and put me on the road to recovery.
