Throughout the process of the two surgeries and all the follow up visits, Nicole has been there providing me with the certainty of my recovery. She takes the time to answer my questions. Most of all she has always been friendly and supportive.

My first appointment with Dr. Glenn was great. He gave me his full attention and I have confidence going in that he is knowledgeable, present, thorough, and I look forward to my follow up to establish a plan of care.

I watched a front desk staff person help an elderly man in a wheelchair deal with a leaking catheter bag in the reception area. She remained patient and compassionate while she readjusted the bag and the remaining contents of his wheelchair. After she ensured he was comfortable while he waited for his ride, she got on her hands and knees in the reception area on the floor, while professionally dressed, to thoroughly clean everywhere urine leaked and then completely dried the area preventing any risk of hazards for other patients using the reception area. Dr. Scott Miller, his nurse, and my X-ray technician all greeted me warmly when it was my time to be seen and made certain that I was heard, informed, and comfortable throughout my visit. We have a comprehensive game plan for my back problems, and I am confident that a resolution will be pursued appropriately.

Dr. Miller was fantastic- direct, clear and gave me hope we could make some improvement with my chronic back pain. A+

Dr. Langan was quick to make a diagnosis, explain it and follow it with treatment. I was quickly On my way home to rest.

They have been taking care of me for 2 years and Douglas has been outstanding in his care for me.

I just had my fourth back surgery the end of April 2026. I’m so thankful for Dr Edward Mackey, he and his staff. I’m also thankful for Dr Steven Abram who has done the last three surgeries with Dr Edward Mackey, and for the care they gave not only to me, but for all their patients. Their expertise cannot be denied, and in my opinion they are the best in their field. However most importantly I’m so thankful to God as he is the Greatest physician of all, that has given these men the knowledge so that they can perform their jobs and care for their patients the way they do. Dr. Karpos is personable, knowledgeable, and kind. He made sure I had answers to all of my questions and thoroughly explained the procedure. I had driven 3 hours for my appointment. He gave me directions to other offices where he sees patients that are closer to me. I am very appreciative!

Dr Miller is friendly and caring. His nursing staff and front desk people are helpful and friendly. There are several locations so you can go to one that is convenient to you. And the treatment helps so much. Living in pain is the pits and I appreciate that the treatments work as well as they do

I have been so pleased with my experience at TOA. Dr. Langan was exceptional along with all of his nurses and staff. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and caring. I was terrified of knee replacement but was so pleased with the result. Dr. Langan came highly recommended and I can’t say enough about him and my experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a knee replacement. He is the best!

Nicole is familiar with my history. She is very knowledgeable and competent. We discussed my problem and she gave me great advice, including regarding my medication and continuing my PT.

On arrival, I was registered in and taken to room within 10 minutes, I was greeted in room by nurse inquiring about reason for visit. Dr.Miller then came in. We discussed problem and he did limited exam of my left leg. I knew exactly what cause of problem. He offered different measures of treatment and allowed me to choose the medical treatment vs injection. Dr is very friendly, a good listener and very professional. This was my 3rd visit with him but this visit was a different problem. The entire office is very efficient!

Dr. Miller is the best. Smart, invested in your care, accessible. Has helped me immensely. Highly recommended.

Reception was courteous, cheerful and quick. We did not have to wait long to get back to the examination room. Procedures for x-ray and reviewing the MRI was very professional and we felt like we were the only person on their mind at the time. Everything was explained at our level, short term solutions and pain relief are already working well, and the long-term picture was explained very well.

If you are needing your shoulder repaired Dr. Glenn with TOA is the one you need to go see. He really takes pride in his work and he takes time to listen to what you have to say. My PT was impressed with the way he writes his orders. Dr Glenn has done both my shoulders and he expects the PT to follow his orders and not mess up what he has fixed. I would highly recommend him

Dr Mackey did my neck fusion nearly 20 years ago and I have had no problems, I recently went to him for lower back after doing several weeks of therapy after. CT scan it was determined the only fix was surgery he and Dr Abram worked together and did a fusion on my lower back, Saw Dr Mackey’s NP Nicole for my 4 week post checkup and everything look great and best of all I can stand and walk again. Very satisfied with everyone.
