Nicole is familiar with my history. She is very knowledgeable and competent. We discussed my problem and she gave me great advice, including regarding my medication and continuing my PT.

Like the Bellevue address. Easier to get into and out. Staff seemed more relaxed in their setting. Good experience

Dr Mackey did my neck fusion nearly 20 years ago and I have had no problems, I recently went to him for lower back after doing several weeks of therapy after. CT scan it was determined the only fix was surgery he and Dr Abram worked together and did a fusion on my lower back, Saw Dr Mackey’s NP Nicole for my 4 week post checkup and everything look great and best of all I can stand and walk again. Very satisfied with everyone.

Inspired by how quickly I got an appointment after ER visit. Nicole NP was efficient and responsive.

My return visit with Nicole went great. Spinal hardware still intact (always nice to hear). Addressed issues with new nerve pain and formed a game plan to investigate further. Also discussed concerns that my Essure birth control devices could be contributing to my back problems and inflammation. Nicole is so easy to talk to and very professional.

Just love Nicole! It had been 14 years between my back surgeries and I had never forgotten her. She is patient, personable, and works for the patient if something comes up, and gets back to you in timely manner. Dr. Mackey and Nicole Rhoden at TOA are why I am still able to move without intense pain. I know that if I ever have any more back issues that they are going to be there to help. I love and trust my team at TOA.

Nichole explained what needed to be done and was very professional. The only thing is that I wish she had given me more time to ask questions. Front desk was so friendly and great!! Also love Dr. Glenn! He has worked on me before and has done an excellent job. My husband and I still go to him.

Nicole Roden, NP is very knowledgeable about spine issues and listens to me and understands my urgency for relief. My epidural procedure was set up stat and I was called to schedule within a couple of hours after my TOA appt. Her clinical assistant, Angie was super helpful, always returned my calls immediately, and called in Rx that day.

Probably a five minute wait if that long, and very grateful for that! Nicole was so nice, thorough, supportive with such kind care… I can’t say enough of nice things about the entire crew, from Angie, Nicole, to the ladies out front, and the X-ray tech person!! Dr. Mackey and Nichole Rhoden are by far the best I could have asked for! From my 1st surgery 12 years ago to my 2nd surgery 1 month ago, I can't brag or praise them enough. There is not enough alloted space in this box for me to type or express my praise about them. Thank you both for everything! BEST THERE IS!!!!!!
