Melissa is very thorough and caring. I believe she is very conservative in her diagnosis and cure. Only doing a more aggressive process if and when needed.

TOA in Columbia is the place to go for ortho problems, I am so happy with the treatment and answers to problems I have faced over the past five years. I'm very satisfied with the patient service. I've had with the nurses, and Melissa Bird. However, the registration period and the very long wait in the waiting room was quite uncomfortable. I was the only one in the waiting room at that time and it was almost an hour before I was seen.
