Very good experience. Dr Loftis was very knowledgeable with the experience I was having. He was very polite informing me of my options. And the decision as to the direction to go was left for me to decide. He and his staff were very knowledgeable and very swift. I would recommend him very highly.

Dr Loftis, not only did a great job on my rotator cuff but went extremely out of his way to help me with the billing department. He was very personable and listened to any problems I had. I definitely recommend him on any type of surgery he can do. Great doctor!!!

I got an appointment the very next day after i called. All the staff are very accommodating and nice. Dr. Loftis did my left shoulder and is a great surgeon and has a great bedside manner.

TOA was quick no waiting. Dr loftis came in accessed my symptoms laid out 2 different options and discussed them.

Dr Loftis is a great doctor. He will find out your problem and if it can be fixed without surgery that's what he will do. He cares about his patients first. I had hurt for 3 months before I got referred to him. If I gotten to go to him sooner I wouldn't have suffered all of that time. I highly recommend Dr Loftis!

Doctor Loftis is an exceptional surgeon. In February 2026 he anchored my rotator cuff and bicep of my right arm. The recovery process went way better than expected

The doctor remembered me from my last visit over three years ago (different problem). Listened to my issue, asked questions, did some physical tests, determined the problem, and offered some options. I elected to take a shot, expertly administered by his PA. Big difference the next day! Everyone in the clinic was extremely pleasant.

Dr. Loftis and his PA explained things to me that made sense. Both great and would recommend to anyone.

All good regarding cortisol injection in shoulder. Please offer copy of possible side effects. I would never have stopped at the grocery had I known my entire arm/fingers would be in horrific pain! Today, a massive headache.

Dr Loftis spends a great deal of time explaining your options and risks associated with shoulder replacement surgery to help guide you to the right decision. I was able to get an appointment with him in a timely manner as well. I had full trust in him to do my reverse shoulder replacement and highly recommend him! 7 weeks post surgery and I could NOT be happier with my progress and no pain. He will be replacing my other shoulder as well. The patient must do what’s prescribed when it comes to physical therapy homework! Do not short cut that or you will delay your recovery.

The place was packed but the staff was really nice and professional. The Doctor addressed my concerns and was kind and funny. I hope I don’t have to come back but If I do I feel like I will be in good hands. Shout out to my X-ray technician, I wish I remember her name.

They got me in to have my injection real fast, there was hardly any waiting time and all the staff was professional, friendly and had a lot of compassion.

Everything was done effectively and chris was through. I do need to have that bacteria cream resent to columbia walmart. I went by today and they didn't have that prescription
