Absolutly the best Ortho Doctor around. He should give other doctors "how to" lectures on how to treat and diagnose patients and how to fix their health problems. He is thourough, invested in his patients and he listens!

Dr. Qamirani did my back surgery 9 years ago and my neck fusion surgery 3 months ago plus more upcoming treatments for my nerve compression issues and there's no one else I'd trust more based on the excellent healthcare I have received. Great doctor!

Dr. Qamirani did an excellent surgery on my cervical spine clearing up the numbness I was feeling in my hands and face. He is a wonderful doctor, very easy to talk to.

I am a service-connected veteran who experienced severe nerve compression, and no one would help me. I sought second, third, and fourth opinions, but no doctor opted to fix my condition; they all dismissed me. When it came to standard physical therapy, two therapists refused to treat me due to the level of pain, numbness, and related bladder and bowel issues. The one spinal injection I received was supposed to be done while I was sedated, but the facility was irritated by how late it was and opted not to sedate me. As a result, I felt everything, and the procedure didn’t help at all. Needless to say, I didn’t return for another injection. The pain medication made me extremely nauseous, and the nerve medication caused me to retain 15 pounds of fluid. Meanwhile, my condition worsened daily, severely impacting my quality of life. By the time I reached Dr. Q, I was desperate. I even offered to pay for surgery out of pocket, as he was the fifth doctor I had seen after a year of spinal compression negatively affecting everything. At this point, I had become accustomed to doctors who lacked bedside manner and empathy, often dismissing me without reviewing my medical records, which documented the severity of my situation. I had letters from physical therapists stating that, due to my rapidly declining state, physical therapy would cause more harm than good. Dr. Q looked me in the eye, took my hand, and said, "You served our country; we will take care of you now." I cried tears of joy; he was the answer to countless prayers, and I had been out of hope until he restored it. I had previously visited Vanderbilt and St. Thomas West in Nashville, as well as neurologists and associates in Nashville, and Bone and Joint in Franklin, TN. Ultimately, God’s blessing was Dr. Q at TOA in Columbia, TN. I am especially grateful to Donna, the charge nurse on the sixth floor at Maury Regional, for telling me about Dr. Q. If not for her, I might have given up! Dr. Q is a credit to his profession and one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a patient of! There are not many of him left. It’s like basketball players he’s a hungry kid all about the love of the game like match madness where people enjoy watching the games! Unfortunately the other physicians I encountered during this painful journey were like NBA premadonnas all about the money not the game. VA doesn’t pay much like Medicare so they just dismissed me as though I didn’t matter because they weren’t getting big bucks for fixing a veteran in severe pain.

Dr. Qamirani recently performed a 3 disk ACDF on my cervical spine with spectacular results. He is the consummate professional, a highly skilled surgeon and one I would definitely recommend for any type of spinal procedure you are considering. First time in a long time I’ve felt heard

Good experience seeing Dr. Q this week. Saw him 11 years ago for back surgery and was referred by PCP to see him again. Gave me a treatment plan that incudes items for the next 6 weeks and as well as future treatments that may include other surgeries. Staff was very professional.

Dr. Q has been wonderful! He is kind, he takes his time and he really listens to what I have to say. I referred my father to him and he feels the same way. I have also worked with him in the OR and can tell you first hand that he is an excellent surgeon

Oh my goodness, Dr. Q was a lifesaver. I had a pinched nerve for six months and I came and seen him. He has me so much better oh my God he is such a godsend and bedside manners is out the roof. Oh my God nothing but love care and compassion with everyone that works at TOA. my experience is with Dr. Q, but you know entering the building everyone so friendly I’m so welcoming and understanding to what you’re going through and they’d go up and beyond the call of duty to make sure you were taken care of

I love how I was able to complete my paper work online. I did not have to wait long before being checked in. The girl that took me back to the doctor was very caring and explained the questions she was asking me. Dr. Qamirani is just amazing. He did my surgery for me, stayed on top of my pain levels after surgery and explained everything to me as far as future treatment and past treatment.

My first surgery ended up with the screws breaking and after a year it was noticed. The second surgery seems to be doing better. I still have tingling and soreness.
