Dr. Nelson was great and took the time to answer questions and give us her best recommendations for a compound fracture in lower back. Only issue was prescription went to Clarksville, IN instead of TN.

What a great experience with Dr.Nelson. She wanted to know all that was going on, asked questions and sympathize as she had been through a similar situation as what brought me to her. She also encouraged me that we will find a solution to my pain without meds hopefully and get me back to normal life.

I definitely recommend Dr. Nelson. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure to explore all options to get to the source of the problem, not just mask it temporarily. She makes sure you understand what's going on and walks you through the process. I feel like I'm heard and that's important.

When I 1st got there Dr Nelson, staff was outstanding with a smile. Dr Nelson listen to me she was sensitive to my needs we talked about an MRI and when she saw my expression right away she calmed me down. Before leaving she made sure I understood I could call or come see her right away

Dr. Nelson performed surgery ACDF (Anterior, Cervical, Decompression, and Fusion) on disks c3 -c4 and c4-c5). I had a bone spur that grew to the size of a golfball. I could barely swilling my food. She is a very good surgeon and cares about her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson because she is the best you can get.

I came early so I waited a bit longer, but was okay. I love the Clarksville office as there are some of the nicest & friendliest people I have encountered lately. Dr. Lauren Nelson is very nice & extremely knowledgeable in what she does. She is doing all she can to keep me from having surgery. I am 76 years old & really DO NOT WANT SURGERY!! If she can help me with the pain, numbness, & tingling in my legs & hands without surgery, then I’m happy!

Dr. Nelson was great! She listened to my issues with my back and then explained what she thought was best. She also called me on a Saturday to check out how I was doing and recommended that I go to the emergency room for treatment. I don't think that a doctor has ever called me on a weekend to check how I was doing!

She diagnosed what was wrong with my back, recommended a spinal decompression and now the numbness, pain and inflammation is gone in my legs.
