Aaren Yesterday I went for an MRI at TOA One City location and Aaren remembered me from a previous, extremely painful, spine MRI I had about 3 weeks prior. This time I was not able to soldier through and had to back out. She and the other staff member were so patient, kind and compassionate through the whole experience of me trying to make it work and being unable to do so. I just want her to know that it was noticed and appreciated.

Thankful for TOA having so many Doctors with so many skills for various pain in the Body. I have used TOA assistant over pass 30 years. Dr. Ashley and PN Aaron Holmes have been so kind and skilled to help me manage my back pain, keeping it manageable.

My wait time was a longer than I would have liked. Overall though, I was very happy with my interaction with Ms. Werthiem. She was very attentive and thorough.

Aaren was. Wry friendly and thorough with my back issue. She gave me options. Now waiting for Dr Bowman’s scheduler. But Aaren was very nice and I’d absolutely see her again.

Actually did an assessment to pinpoint what might be causing my pain. Very good listener and offered something to help tolerate the pain(non narcotic) instead of “just keep trying Tylenol and advil, etc.”

Aaren Holmes is compassionate, wants to know how you are feeling, if there have been any issues/changes since your last visit. You can ask her questions and she responds in a sincere and honest manner. She is very professional and prompt. I highly recommend her.
