I had a wonderful experience with the doctor and the entire medical team. The doctor was very kind, patient, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. The staff was also friendly and professional. I truly appreciate it.

Very thankful they were able to get me in and seen quickly. I came in close to closing and they were patient and i felt cared for from the moment i stepped in the office. Diagnosis was very clear and well communicated as well as follow up actions.

My appointment with Dana Duff, PAC, couldn’t have gone better. I was seen on time, and my treatment was pain free. Communication was excellent with him and the staff. Hopefully I won’t have to return but wouldn’t hesitate if necessary.

Dana Duff was friendly, professional and he did a great job administering the steroid injection into my hip for bursitis.

This is the 34th time the data has given me shots every time they worked the last shots worked for almost a year these ones that I just got in both knees I noticed that on the left knee which is the one that is more damaged it hurt for probably two or three days afterwards I was almost ready to call and say hey what's up it's still a little bit sore and there's a lump there but I think it was just the gel is dissipating or the area that you shot the fluid into reacted nutsy and anyway it's going away so no pain I can walk it's kind of crunchy if it's not supposed to be louder give me a call back

Dana was very helpful. I was worried that my new knee might be infected as my teeth are. He didn't think so but drew blood to double check and gave me rx for antibiotics since I was out

Received an injection for bone spurs by Dana Duff. Injection was painless. Afterward, I had a vagal response and passed out. Dana himself came and helped me to a wheelchair and took me back to examination room where he assisted me to a table and manually held my legs up to force blood back to my head. Wonderful medical team and care!

Definitely didn’t think we’d be spending Valentine's Day at urgent care, but we are so thankful for the whole TOA urgent care team being there and being so kind and helpful. Even with some IT issues, they made sure to communicate and do everything they could to help. We decided to go to the TOA urgent care after a fall at home and the closest urgent care didn’t have an x-ray tech until Wednesday. The check in process was quickly completed on my phone and was taken to get an x-ray within a few minutes of completing the check in process. Dana Duff was the PA and came to the room within minutes for an exam and to review the x-ray. Overall a very amazing experience and we are so grateful for their kindness and help!

Dana Duff is the best. He gives painless shots and listens attentively to what you have to say.

Dana was very professional, even after a long day of dealing with patients in pain. He quickly assessed my X-rays, ruling out a stress fracture and determining that I had a strained and inflamed tendon. I elected to have a steroid injection and to follow up with ice packs. All this happened on schedule, very straightforward. He knew exactly what to do and what to recommend.
