Biography
Robert Lowe III, M.D. is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in spine with a special interest in scoliosis and spinal deformity. Dr. Lowe is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons.
Dr. Lowe achieved a Spine Fellowship in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Rush University in Chicago, Illinois. His residency in Orthopaedic Surgery and internship in general surgery were served in the Department of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He was awarded a Doctor of Medicine degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.
Away from the practice of medicine, Dr. Lowe participates in sports, including golf, rock climbing, hiking, and waterskiing. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, the symphony, and his church.
