Casey Udicious, PT, DPT

Biography

Casey grew up in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and has always had a passion for movement and helping others stay active. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of South Carolina and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Belmont University. After PT school, she completed an orthopedic residency, receiving advanced training in orthopedic evaluation and treatment.

Casey enjoys working with individuals of all activity levels and backgrounds, helping patients recover from a wide range of orthopedic conditions and injuries. She believes every patient deserves a personalized plan of care and combines manual therapy, dry needling, individualized exercise programs, and functional movement training to help people reach their goals and get back to doing what they love. 

With a background in dance, Casey has a lifelong appreciation for movement. Outside the clinic, she enjoys strength training, Pilates, pickleball, and exploring Nashville's restaurant scene.
