Quick Stretch Breakdown
Neck & Upper Trap Stretch
Pull head gently to the side while holding your hand behind your back to release shoulder and neck tension.
Seated Hamstring Stretch
Extend one leg forward with toes pointed up and reach down to loosen tight legs and hips.
Doorway / Chest Opener
Use a doorway or sturdy frame to open up your chest, improve alignment, and counter hunched posture.
