Great experience. Explained everything clearly.

They are awesome at Hendersonville location. I just dont like how every time I have an appointment I have to do a questionnaire on all the past surgeries that I've had.

It was very fast and easy to make an appointment, and taking care of the same day.

Visit went very well. Sign in process was smooth. Wait time was very reasonable before being called back. X-ray process went well. Didn’t have to wait in a room long before Michael Thornton PA C came in. He had reviewed prior visit along with current visit. Completely professional and very personable.

Walked in without an appointment and was seen right away. I actually arrived early, and the entire visit was finished in less than an hour. The staff was efficient, the process was smooth, and overall it was a great experience. I’d definitely recommend them.

This is my first time to the office. I had an emergency as I broke my small toe earlier in the morning. When I arrived on site, I saw the physician assistant who took a look at the x-ray and confirmed the toe was broken and put me in a walking boot. The physician assistant was very knowledgeable. Took his time talking to me about the recovery time and what needed to be done, etc. and when I should come back for a visit Everything about the office was a truly pleasant experience. The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and inviting, and the x-ray tech and checkout teams were also exceptional.

She was very pleasant and caring She was positive in her thoughts about what to do. But still checked with a physician to make sure which is reassuring. She did a great job, taking care of my elbow.

Didn't have to wait long before seeing a doctor. Was examed and explained what my problem was. Prescribed medication promptly.

Rebecca Grace Cross provided me excellent care at TOA Urgent Care. She listened to my back story regarding my issues, checked out the X-rays taken and provided an injection that began to relieve my pain. The only downside was the wait time, both in the waiting room and in the examination room.

Very helpful and quick service.

Even with no appointment they still treated me in a very timely manner. Kind, compassionate and knowledgeable about my injury and how to treat it. Thanks to all!

I was very pleased with TOA Michael was very kind and explained the X-rays and we talked about other parts when I fell that hurt but insurance only let’s u do one thing however they did do both my knees that were hurting. Gave me a prescription to help with the inflammation and said it will help the other parts that are hurting as well. He was great very professional . The front desk lady was so friendly and kind and the X-ray tech was very friendly too everyone was so nice it’s a great place to go. And if you aren’t any better I. A few weeks he gave me 3 other doctors there that I could follow up with. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for caring Bonnie

Easy check in, took me back, xrayed immediately. Very professional. Said I would receive call on Monday or Tuesday to Schedile MRI.

I Only have had positive experience with TOA, except this was my first experience with a PA. She was pleasant and patient in my explanation of my problem. She is very accomplished with the needle in my knee. Just a prick! Thank so much!

It was wonderful to be seen on SUNDAY. I was in too much hip pain to wait any longer. Mike was great in diagnosing, explaining & treatment.

Me personally I the Doctors office with a passion! Very nervous! I grew up on a farm and we just rubbed dirt in every wound and kept it moving. Not the smartest move, but hey we had high immune systems. When I first came to TOA a few years ago. I saw DR. Burval for the first time. I have to say he is quite the character! But he gave me peace of mind with his knowledge and is honesty. You get it straight with him. No BS and that’s what I love. I don’t need no icing on my cake my wife is sweet enough lol. I think she gave me type 2.🤣 But I believe what sets him apart from the rest is his authenticity! I highly recommend Dr. Burval!

The front counter was a bit chaotic, no one knew what line to get in, everyone was asking each other if they were in line because there were so many people waiting to do different things, like check in, some were trying to hand in their iPad, others were trying to just check out and schedule. My family and I have been patients there for over 10 years and had probably 10 surgeries. I fell and hurt my ankle and currently waiting for my cobra plan information. I was told I could not be seen without insurance. That was extremely disappointing given the length of time we’ve been patients. I then asked if I could pay cash and she then said I could but had to pay the full $450 upfront before they would see me. I’ve worked in health care for 40 years and this is just not how you treat patients, especially those who have been with your practice as long as we have and spent as much money as we have. I still love the doctors so that’s why I’m giving it a good rating but they need to work on the admin portion of the business.

All of the staff we great. Wait time was short. Michael was very thorough, knowledgeable and too k a lot of time to answer questions.

I have been going TOA for 10 plus years and I usually have a good experience. My visit Last Sunday was no exception and the staff were very attentive and helpful.

In a nutshell…very efficient, staff was kind, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. At my first time at this office, and it is always a good experience.

My appointment at TOA Ortho Urgent Care was great. All of the caregivers were kind and wholly engaged in helping me feel better.

The urgent care staff from the front desk, PA's, xray techs and doctors are all amazing. We have been at this location twice in the past two years. This most recent visit a late Saturday afternoon my son was in pain and it was a follow up from a different urgent care which didn't help days prior. The PA who examined him went the extra mile to help with treatment and between her and a conversation to the on-call physician they gave him a treatment plan that worked quickly and we are thankful he was feeling improvement within 24hrs.

TOA was absolutely wonderful. Quick & kind walk-in care after a fall on ice. The doctor I saw was empathetic and provided wonderful care, set my hand, and sent me on my way with a plan for my fracture.

Quick Xray, eval, and plan for recovery. Good communication. Rehab followed up next day.
