John arnold is very knowledgeable and caring. You can ask him any questions you need to without feeling rushed. He even wished me Happy birthday.

I was given an appointment, seen and my hip was X-rayed quickly. I saw John Arnold. He was excellent in explaining my X-rays, options for treatment and was very thorough in locating the source of my pain. I chose an injection in the bursa. He was very gentle and prepared me for each step of the procedure. He is such a pleasant and caring man and is very skilled in his profession. I trust him fully and will continue to ask for him in any future services needed.

Everyone here we're very nice. I didn't have to wait to long. Dr was amazing, he was very kind and sweet. He wasn't pushy about my decision to not have knee surgery because of my prier experience with a stroke. He gave me a shot that I didn't even feel. Hopefully it will help for a while. I would definitely recommend him.

John was very thorough and made sure I knew my options for improvements and relief on my hip issue. He was friendly and explained everything so I understood what was going on.

If you have to see an orthopedic surgeon… this is the place. They are kind, efficient- and John, Ashley, and Dr Jordan are thoughtful, knowledgeable, and I appreciate their expertise.

Excellent doctor. Stephen was who I had seen from the beginning of my care with TOA. I was a little concerned with the change. But he’s equally as good. He had studied my chart and it was if he had been my doctor from the beginning. He works with me to try and do what’s best for me. His demeanor is a comfort with trust.

Great Doctor

John was kind and listened to my questions and told me options. He was sympathetic and didn't try and rush me out of the office. Something happened when I checked in and I waited 40 min after going to the kiosk to complete my check in info. Other than that, the visit was flawless.

Very efficient check in process. Visited TOA a few times over the years, however, first time with John Arnold. Very relatable and informative. Great asset to the team.

John is a skilled practiciner. Takes time to answer your questions, helps to guide you through the next steps. He is a good asset for TOA and Dr. Jordan.

In the past year have had both knee and hip replacement. The experience was excellent, The care I received from DR. Jordan and P.A Arnold was exceptional. They kept me informed and had my full recovery as their top priority. They were very caring and professional at all times. I am now able to do physical activities that I have not been able to for at least 5 or 6 years' Would highly recommend them.
