She is always so patient and passionate and has handled my case with so much care and concern. She has the best bedside manner and I would trust any of my family or friends in her care. Kathy, PA, extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Both Dr. Cook and Kathy are the best. I am approaching a time when a double knee replacement may be the answer for me. I would have felt very comfortable having this team do the surgery but unfortunately TOA will no longer be accepting my insurance United Healthcare. It will be hard to find a replacement that measures up to them.

Front desk, Nursing, X-ray staff and Kathy Grove FNP were all Top Star rated. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank You

I was so pleasantly surprised by Cathy Grove’s performance, time given, bedside manner and eagerness to squelch my fears.

Welcoming and friendly front desk staff (Shawna), MA, XRay, and NP (Kathy Groves). I transitioned to TOA because I had received excellent care from Kathy and Dr. Cook years ago and wanted to remain with him. Much to my surprise, I was able to see his NP again(who treated me years ago at a different practice with Dr. Cook)!

The team at TOA are courteous and professional. I have been cared for and treated with excellent post surgery results. I’m grateful for PA Kathy G and her careful manner in determining the best care path.

Kathy, was kind caring and very knowledgeable... her care was reassuring when I was hurting and unsure! The office staff, from check in, assistant, and xray were all kind and thorough in their work ! I felt very well taken care of!

Michael Hubert NP is a great practitioner, he listens and processes what you are saying and gives meaningful feedback....Sounds simple, but is not all that common today in the medical field. A great asset for TOA!

The best care

Kathy did a great job and was fast. However, waiting for an hour and 5 minutes at that early in the day was ridiculous. I got there early and with that time and all the time I had to wait with no way of elevating my leg. I was super sore for quite awhile afterwards.
