Appointment easy to set up. Not much of a wait time, and I arrived early. Xrays done, and within a few minutes, Rich, came in and discussed my results. Thankfully I was able to be treated with a shot in my knee. He was kind, thorough and explained things well! Front desk staff was also 5 star!

Richard and the staff have taken great care of me for post-op after both of my knee replacements. Richard truly cares about his patients and their needs. I had a hiccup with an allergic reaction to the glue after my right knee surgery, and Richard quickly got me back on track. He listens, gives helpful advice, and makes sure you feel cared for throughout recovery. I’m very happy with the care I received and highly recommend Richard and his staff.

Went to TOA in McMinnville for status of my hip and knee pain. April took X-rays and she was thorough , skilled and friendly. Next got to talk with Richard Planza NP. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions…and let me know exactly where I was with my pain. He helped with suggestions for supplements and a prescription for inflammation. He was friendly and I could tell he actually cared. He is the best,. I will always make him my go to advisor on my joint pains.

I have had several surgeries with TOA, two with Dr Barrett. He and Richard Planza, PA, are both professional and excellent.

Your registration software is terrible I had hil replacement in 2012 and have an annual check up. When I pre register it ask all questions as though it my first visit. Also it showed my PC physician as Steven Payne. He had been retired for several years. I know I have entered Dr John Lee. Your total Software is ridiculous

Everyone was nice and attentive. I especially want to thank Dr Planzo for explaining so thoroughly why I was having pain in my knee. As well as what he could do to help me. I am happy to say that after the shot he gave me and one dose of the medication. I am not limping. I still have some pain, but not like I was. I am truly grateful.
