Dr. Koch is fantastic. My wife and I have used him for years. He doesn’t rush to the scalpel, he discusses the situation with us, gives alternatives, basically consults with us and let us decide how we feel the best way to go is. When an operation is necessary, he’s a really good surgeon. He replaced my knee and my wife’s hip and we’re both doing great.

Dr. Koch was quick and clearly explained our MRI. I appreciated that he spoke directly to my teenager about his concerns and recovery.

Dr. Koch is the nicest doctor ever. I am obese, when you are obese doctors don't look at you as a person. They can't see past your weight. Doctor Koch treated me like a valuable person. He saw passed my weight. This is how I know he is a great doctor. He even had his nurse call me the next day with information I needed. He did just what he said he would. Dr Brian Koch was very friendly and explained my situation on my knees! His assistant Stacy gave me a shot in both knees and it didn't hurt not one bit! I was able to walk without any pain immediately. About 2 or 3 houses down and turned around later that afternoon for the first time since Christmas or before.

It is a very inviting space with friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Koch was extremely personal and attentive. I did not have to wait longer for any part of the service that I received longer than 5 minutes.

Dr Koch listened patiently to my medical condition. He explained my X-rays and gave me helpful information concerning my symptoms. He offered me several options of treatment. I chose an injection into my knee which was done while I was there. My symptoms have improved and I am grateful for his compassionate care. I would definitely recommend him!

I already provided my feedback about getting an ekg at the Surgery center twice and I was told that I have Afib. I didn’t have it either tine and still don’t. I was put through an intensive cardiology testing process that was also very expensive. Somebody needs to be trained to interpret ekg tests that that are not Afib.

Just saw Dr. Koch the other day. He sat down and talked to me, explaining everything with unbelievable patience. Answered all my questions professionally without rushing and making sure I was well informed on my options. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Koch and his staff from front to back are top notch. I would highly recommend TOA to anyone with orthopedic needs.
