Biography

Dr. Derick Mordus is a board-certified physiatrist specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He provides comprehensive care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions and injuries, offering advanced diagnostic and treatment options including electrodiagnostic testing, musculoskeletal ultrasound, regenerative medicine procedures, and guided injections using ultrasound and fluoroscopy.

Dr. Mordus earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona in 2014 and completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in 2018. During residency, he contributed research on deep ulnar motor neuropathy and co-authored a textbook chapter on adaptive shooting sports in Adaptive Sports Medicine: A Clinical Guide.

Following residency, Dr. Mordus served as Service Chief for the Department of Physical Medicine at Madigan Army Medical Center, where he led a team of physicians and support staff in providing both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation care. He later practiced at Electrodiagnostic and Musculoskeletal Associates, further expanding his expertise in diagnostic and interventional rehabilitation medicine.
