Joshua McWaters is without a doubt the BEST most reliable and knowledgeable person I know. I'm 77 years old and have lots of fears where needles are concerned...Joshua is so confident at what he does. Give that young man a raise.

The person who saw me, Josh McWaters, NP, was knowledgeable he explained my fracture and my care clearly. I left feeling confident about what I should be doing. Check in was seamless. There were wheelchairs available at the entrance and that made getting around the facility with a fractured ankle easy.

He was very thorough, listened intently and provided a plan for me. He provided reassurance that it wasn’t as bad I feared but honest about time required to heal. Definitely will go back if needed.

Awesome place thank goodness for it also being a walk in clinic . My knees were hurting so bad , for me to get an appointment close to would have taken weeks . I walked in filled out my paperwork and straight in to talk to Dr. Josh . Then he had x rays done gave me a shot in the knee and I was in my way .

TOA Urgent Care was a very well run facility. The entire staff was attentive and caring, the medical staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Easy to get in on a Saturday and the doctor spent plenty of time with me….but I don’t wanna bury the lead here. I’m gonna tell you something that the others reviewers won’t. I got to leave with a really cool boot that turns a lot of heads. It says TOA across the bridge of your foot so you’ve got several great jokes to break the ice at social gatherings. It gets me to the front of the line for almost everything even boarding planes. I’m telling you the greatest thing ever If you wanna go somewhere, you can, if you don’t, you just showem the boot, great excuse No? Dishes, yardwork, taking out the trash, walking the dog…. not your problem anymore, let some “NON-BOOTER” take care of that. AND OHHH THE PILLOWS, all the pillows of the realm are under you purview now and you are now the pillow king. My only complaint is that the boot has a bubble pump on the side like ye Air Jordan’s of the olden days, yet my vertical leap has not improved. Nevertheless, I digress…Who needs magic shoes when you got a great doctor and TOA boot?

Excellent experience. I went to the urgent care. Not a long wait. Staff was courteous. Everyone I encountered was knowledgeable and took time to walk me through the process. I would recommend to friends and family.

Absolutely wonderful experience! My son suffered a football injury on a Friday, and thanks to TOA Urgent Care, he was seen the very next morning at 8:00. We were in and out quickly, imaging was completed, recommendations were made, and a follow-up appointment was scheduled. Everyone was kind, efficient, and took great care of him. Highly recommend!
