Excellent customer service! The team was very attentive, caring and helpful. Lindsey was very thorough with the physical exam and explained the diagnosis and treatment plan completely. We are fortunate to have the urgent care clinic at TOA in Lebanon.

Lindsey was awesome! Ortho shots administered very well. She took her time, didn’t rush which is much appreciated. Friendly, pleasant, caring. Will schedule future shots with her specifically.

The ladies at the front desk, do not look up and say good morning or good afternoon, they don't smile, they look unhappy to be there actually. The NP's are friendly & never make me feel like they're in a rush, they take the time to listen to my questions and give me answers

Lindsey walked us through each step of my upcoming procedure. She was patient, understanding and even laughed with us. She told us step by step what's coming. She also arranged appointments to avoid any delays. She gave my wife and I comfort that we are in great hands.

TOA is a State of The Arts Facility. The Support Staff performs their duties in a 100% Professional manner. Lindsey Potter is a Steller Nurse Practitioner. On my first visit I explained my medical issue Lindsey gave me a examination, diagnosis the cause and provided treatment. TOA is the best! I had a urgent issue with severe neck pain. I was able to walk in and be seen plus have an immediate Xray even before Lindsay Potter saw me. She is so amazing! She took the time to really listen to me. I felt more like I was talking to a friend. Someone who truly seemed concerned about the pain I was in. I highly suggest TOA. It was a great alternative to going to the ER.

I was in an orthopedic pain crisis and utilized this TOA Ortho urgent care clinic. My wait was minimal and appropriate. Lindsey was compassionate, attentive, diligent in assessing my condition. She worked to facilitate imaging and ultrasound for my condition. She created a plan for all circumstances relative to the finding of the ultrasound. I tweaked my knee playing basketball with some old friends. I didn’t want to wait for an appointment, so I used the walk-in clinic. They did a thorough check, including x-rays and range of motion and got me back on a plan to being all good again. Front desk staff was welcoming and caring as well. Lindsey Potter, NP was amazing and knowledgeable while walking me through my treatment and healing plan. I highly recommend Lebanon location of TOA

I would highly recommend TOA Urgent Care in Lebanon to anyone. They treat you as if you are the only one needing help. Lindsey Potter, NP took her time explaining what was going on and made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do and not to do. She explained my meds to me and things to do to get myself back on track asap. I love to exercise and was really down when I entered TOA. The x-ray tech was very professional and made my experience so much better than I was anticipating. I can’t say enough about how kind the first person I met was when I walked through their doors. I came in as a first time patient. After registering I was taken back back examined and diagnosed. I'm now on the road to recovery. I'm very pleased with the care I received.

The staff was amazing with a special shout out to Lindsey Potter NP who was an absolute angel. I was quickly seen diagnosed and treated. Their after care phone responses are on point as well. I called with questions on medications and they were most helpful.

I had recently moved from California to Tennessee just a few days prior to being seen at TOA. I walked in to the urgent care hoping to be seen that day or get an appointment for the next day as I was having trouble walking due to a knee injury. Everyone I came in contact with was incredibly kind and accommodating. I was seen and treated within 30 minutes. Wonderful experience.

TOA Urgent Care is probably the fastest and most thorough urgent care of any kind I have ever been to. Staff is very friendly and caring. NP examined me and discussed my options and we came up with the best treatment for my needs. She gave me an injection and told me it could be 24-48 hrs before I would feel relief. She was right. I'm not back to normalcy but feeling so much relief. Thank you!

Walked in and received Quick professional caring service. I have a broken toe they took xrays and showed em to me and explained what they could do. Then put me in a boot and I was done in less then a hr!! Very impressed! I've been to TOA before have always been very pleased with my visits. This was the first time I used their urgent care 😃😃😃

I was seen by Lindsey Potter, NP, who took very good care of me. She diagnosed and then prescribed treatment. I have immediately shown improvement and I am on my way to being completely healed. She was excellent!
