I made my appointment and was seen the very next day. Everything went smoothly, X-rays, exam, and then Dr. West came in and administered a shot into my knee. It hasn’t felt this good in over a year, so I very thankful. Dr. West is very efficient and professional in his approach to my treatment. Hope to hold off on a knee replacement for a long time.

Dr West is an outstanding orthopedist. Also a good guy is in pleasant and reassuring. He do not try to sell big procedures but rather legitimately wants to find the best solution with the least drama for his patient. His staff is top notch and equally as friendly. At 63 yrs old I have a few physicians and this office is my favorite. Highly recommend.

Great surgeon. Has taken care of my whole family. Replaced my shoulder. Was so bad before I couldnt sleep for years, other doctors turned me away because it was too complex , had to literally strap my arm to my body to try to get through the night. Now, no pain and have full range of motion. That scalpel might as well be a magic wand. Wouldn’t see anyone else, great bedside manner and sense of humor. Goes above and beyond. THE BEST.

Great experience thru my entire first visit . The office is very organized and X-ray dept also. My Dr. was great and helped me wonderfully. His diagnosis and treatment has already helped me unbelievably. This office is unbelievably organized and has wonderful employees and my Dr West was outstanding.

Dr. West saw me due to hip pain. He did my shoulder replacement in 2024, great job. He is a no nonsense straight to the point kind of doctor I appreciate. I asked to see my X-ray and he showed me and took the time to explain to me what was wrong! I have no doubt he will do as great a job on my hip replacement as he did my shoulder. He came highly recommended. He is wellworth the drive from Sparta! Great doctor!

Fast and thorough care. They did imaging in office as well as obtaining reports of imaging I already had done. Thorough exam and set up a treatment plan. Received an injection in office that day to start and scheduled for PT next week.

Had a horrible fall on December 13, 2025. Fractured the ball joint in my left shoulder. Dr. West explained the procedure for a total shoulder replacement. I am 76 years old and lead a very active life style (golf, guitar, and boating). Dr. West explained that if I wanted to stay active this surgery was recommended. He explained that I needed to commit to PT and recovery. I saw Dr. West on may 5, 2026. He was very pleased with my recovery as was I. I will see him again 0n January 5, 2027. I would highly recommend TOA and especially Dr. West. I would also recognize Hunter Lee who was the PA on my case. McMinnville Physical Therapy was extremely helpful in my recovery. My first surgery by Dr. Justin West for a complete right shoulder replacement was a 100% success. When I needed a left shoulder replacement recently I picked him to do it. It was a complete success also. He is a great surgeon. If I need a hip replacement in the future he will be my surgeon for that too. He is a fabulously talented surgeon and a good guy to boot.

Dr. west is amazing. He replaced both of my hips in 2022 and I have no pain in my legs, hips or lower back anymore. He saved my life because before my surgery, I could not sit, cross my legs, sit kris cross, or barley walk. Now I can do all things with no problem or pain at all. This visit was for my shoulder I hurt during Pilates, and thank goodness it is not arthritis like my hips. He really cares and takes care of his patients!!
