About This Location
TOA Midtown is located in Medical Plaza I on the campus of St. Thomas Midtown (formerly Baptist) Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.
Parking is complimentary in the Plaza Garage located at the corner of Hayes Street and 21st Avenue. From the first floor of the Plaza Garage, enter the Medical Plaza and proceed to Plaza I, Suite #700.
