Saw PA Scott Jolman. Awesome care, very considerate and listens well to the patient (who was a kid). TOA is a great option especially for Ortho urgent care.

Excellent experience. This location was clean. Patient customer service was good from front desk to back office. Dr. Travis listened and was thorough. I just wish he was there through the week for my follow up appt. Loved that the urgent care was open on Sundays especially when in pain..

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The building is lovely. The waiting time was great. The advice to go to Vanderbilt for emergency MRI was good. They didn’t do MRI but a cat scan. They said the disc was out a little but not enough to get a MRI. He didn’t think this was emergency. He suggested I follow up with spinal doctor and watch for signs if it gets worse .

My physical therapist Ashley has been so helpful.. she literally has taken me from a wheelchair to walking. She designed a plan for me. Her plan was comprehensive and spot on. All of the staff are caring professional. I owe them more than words can describe. If you have suffered a simple or a catastrophic injury please review your options, TOA literally helped me to be able to walk again.

All the staff was very professional . Great bedside manners. Was in and put of there in less than an hour and a half. They actually took time to listen to what was going on instead of treating you like a number . Very pleased

My experience with Rebecca Cross at TOA urgent care was awesome. She told me my problem and explained to me all the alternatives to help with my pain. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Experience was great. There maybe an hour total and most of the time I was filling out the paperwork.

Courtney was great! She listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I am so glad I went to TOA! The receptionist was so friendly, as well as the nurse and X-Ray technician. The entire staff was so caring and understanding.

I was very happy I found this practice at last minute. My PA Cortney was fabulous. I just wish I could have gotten a shot in my left hip so I could have both hips done at the same time whenever I needed shots but not a big deal. Thanks for everything on my appointment. David Zales

Courtney took very good care of my painful fractured ankle. She's very professional, understanding, courteous, kind and sweet. She gave me clear instructions on the use of the protective boot that she put on my foot. Very nice personnel and a very nice facility.
