Aaren Yesterday I went for an MRI at TOA One City location and Aaren remembered me from a previous, extremely painful, spine MRI I had about 3 weeks prior. This time I was not able to soldier through and had to back out. She and the other staff member were so patient, kind and compassionate through the whole experience of me trying to make it work and being unable to do so. I just want her to know that it was noticed and appreciated.

First time visiting Dr Corn. He was very courteous, friendly, and took time to explain things to me. I had broke my little toe and it was taking it a long time to heal so went to see if there was anything I needed to be doing. I would definitely see him again if need be.

From the moment I walked into my very first appointment, Dr. Doug completely changed what could have been a stressful experience. Before the nurse even came out to take my X-rays, he introduced himself with a warm smile and immediately made me feel welcome. That simple gesture spoke volumes. I’ve been incredibly stressed and anxious about what’s going on with my leg, but Dr. Doug was genuine, comforting, professional, and took the time to put me at ease. He has a calm confidence that instantly builds trust, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients—not just their diagnosis. I haven’t even had my MRI yet, but I already feel confident that whatever the results are, he’ll give me honest, thoughtful advice and guide me toward the best outcome. Whether the answer is physical therapy, another treatment, or even surgery, I trust his judgment and am ready to follow his lead to get my leg back to 100%. It’s rare to find a doctor who is not only highly professional but also so personable and compassionate. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and makes you feel heard from the very first meeting, I can’t recommend Dr. Doug highly enough.

When I met Doug McInnis I was miserable, in pain from my broken arm. When I left the appointment, I was still in pain but I was confident I was going to feel better better.He was kind and compassionate. He formulated a plan of care , explained it in a simple, thorough way. I was reassured that my care was needs would be met. He was awesome! Definitely will continue my Orthopedic care with Doug and TOA. Everyone I have ever interacted with at the practice has been great!

I had an excellent experience with Douglas McInnis NP at TOA. He was kind, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything in detail so I could fully understand the procedure and treatment plan. He removed fluid from my knee and administered a steroid injection with virtually no pain. I had the same procedure done five years ago, and it was one of the most painful experiences I’ve had, so I was amazed by how gentle and skilled he was. His professionalism and bedside manner were exceptional. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking compassionate and expert care.

I recently had shoulder surgery through Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance and overall I’m very happy with my experience. Dr. Crook was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question I had with honesty and facts. I also appreciated how highly recommended he was for shoulder surgery, which gave me confidence in my decision. My only feedback involves the front-office experience. Rachel, one of the nurses, and the staff member at check-in were not particularly friendly during my interactions. Rachel frequently mentioned how many times I had called throughout the day, but as someone unfamiliar with the process, I was simply trying to get updates and guidance after repeatedly being directed to voicemail. I understand healthcare staff are often busy and caring for many patients, but a little patience, kindness, and clear communication can make a big difference for someone going through surgery. Despite that experience, I am very pleased with my choice to have Dr. Crook perform my surgery and would recommend him to others needing shoulder care.

I started meeting with Rachel Mullen at TOA Nutrition to get ready for an upcoming surgery. My goal was not only to eat healthy but to eat foods that would provide the best support for my healing process. Since that time I have learned what foods work best for my body and how and when to eat certain foods. I feel so much better and meeting with Rachel provided accountability but in a nonjudgmental environment. Rachel provided excellent support and helpful knowledge to keep me on a healthy path. I am grateful for her support through this entire process.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Gina Barletta. The highly skilled preoperative and postoperative care I’ve received from her regarding my spinal surgery has been Stupendous. Medical terminology and theory can be difficult for the layperson to comprehend and retain. Her extremely honed perception and intuition renders her the unique ability to freshly reiterate and on to comprehension. And, we’ve had some really fun conversations. Any patient having Gina as part of their medical team is in good hands. I recommend her highly!
