Awesome place thank goodness for it also being a walk in clinic . My knees were hurting so bad , for me to get an appointment close to would have taken weeks . I walked in filled out my paperwork and straight in to talk to Dr. Josh . Then he had x rays done gave me a shot in the knee and I was in my way .

Did a walk in appointment for knee injury. Was seen very quickly, and got the process going to get an MRI. to Everyone was pleasant, efficient and glad I chose to go here.

After a very short wait time, I was taken back to a room. Then almost immediately taken for x-rays. Josh was very good to explain the findings. Then gave options about treatment. He took the time to show me how to use the lace up support for my ankle. If the need arises again, I wouldn't hesitate to use TOA Urgent Care and the kind care Josh provided.

The receptionist, the Xray tech, and provider were all very nice and friendly which made me feel very comfortable. Josh answered all my questions and was very helpful with my hand and ankle injury. I was very pleased and satisfied with the treatment I received and I will definitely recommend this location to others who are in need of orthopedic services.

Super convienent and Josh, the nurse practitioner was very patient and answering questions. He took his time with my son, and was gentle. This was the urgent care. We were seen quickly, x-rayed and on our way in less than 45 minutes. Would def visit again

Was being seen within 10 minutes of walking in without an appointment. Thorough diagnosis along with X-rays and out the door in 30 minutes. If it is an orthopedic issue or emergency, this is the only place to go!

The staff and medical team at TOA in Lebanon were terrific! I did not have an appointment and honestly expected I would be there for 2 to 3 hours. The lobby had several people waiting but they have a very efficient system and I was in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend them!!

They were amazing, he saw me even though what I had going on wasn't really an orthopedic issue once we dug into it, but he still took care of me and got me started on the road to recovery and eased my mind.

TOA is by far the best in the middle Tennessee area when it comes to orthopedic care. I received a full hip replacement and have had literally zero problems with the whole thing. Very appreciative patient here.

I don’t like going to the Dr. and oftentimes I avoid going because I never have a pleasant experience . But the staff was great and He was very polite and tried to get to the bottom of what was going on with my arm. He also took me in last minute and I had never been there before. They all made the experience very comfortable.

Everyone one was really nice

This was my first time going to TOAs Urgent care here in Lebanon. I went at 5 pm, the facility is exceptionally clean, the receptionist was friendly, I was immediately called back by Josh, the Nurse Practitioner. He was very kind, listened to me, ordered x-rays—the x-ray tech was kind. The staff seem to really love what they do, and have your best interest at heart. I can’t recommend this facility enough. Wish I could give it a 10 of 10. My regular ortho Provider is in Mt Juliet TOA, Josh said he would update him. We are fortunate here in Lebanon to have this urgent care clinic and exceptional Staff. Thank you TOA & Josh.
