Join TOA sports performance trainers, orthopedic specialists, and special guest, Blaine Bishop, for an afternoon of contests, giveaways, and fun for all ages.

Contests will include a Keiser bench press test, a plank contest and a kid’s football throw, in addition to mobility assessment and corrective exercise recommendations, body fat testing, and nutrition and fitness tips from the experts. This event is free and open to the public.
TOA’s Lebanon facility features an orthopedic clinic, physical therapy, walk-in appointment availability, personal training, and specialized sports performance training for individuals and groups. TOA sports performance provides exceptional support for high performance athletes, sports teams and leagues, and weekend or casual athletes and is currently offered at their Franklin and Lebanon locations. Specialized sport-specific strength and conditioning programs focus on targeted training to meet the needs of competitive and recreational athletes of all ages, skill and experience levels.
In addition, TOA’s medical providers and athletic performance staff collaborate to offer a return to performance program that bridges the gap between injury rehabilitation and return to activity. Training programs are specifically designed to provide a safe, progressive return to play. Each program can be customized to focus on a patient’s return to activity following an injury, whether operative or non-operative. TOA’s physicians, physical therapists, trainers and sports performance coaches work as a team to facilitate return to performance.
