TOA Spring Hill To Open Spring 2026
Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance (TOA), Tennessee’s largest orthopedic surgery group, held a groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday, April 8, 2025, for a new facility at 2160 Reserve Blvd. in Spring Hill, opening Spring 2026. When opened, the new medical facility will replace the current TOA Spring Hill site at 3001 Reserve Blvd.
The state-of-the-art 57,639 square foot facility is designed to provide top-tier orthopedic treatment, diagnostics, and sports performance training all under one roof.

The new Spring Hill clinic will feature an orthopedic clinic and urgent care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, imaging services, and specialized sports performance training center for both individuals and teams.
- Orthopedic Clinic and Urgent Care: Walk-in availability for acute urgent orthopedic injuries
- Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy: Personalized rehabilitation plans to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries
- Imaging Services: Advanced imaging capabilities, including X-rays and MRI, to provide accurate diagnoses and support effective treatment plans
- Sports Performance Training: An indoor training field designed to enhance athletic performance and provide tailored solutions for athletes at all levels
