TOA Centennial is Moving to TOA One C1TY Location
On Monday, December 19, 2022, the TOA Nashville-Centennial practices of Dr. Lucas Burton, Dr. Jeffrey Lawrence, Dr. Robert Lowe, and Dr. James Rubright will move from their Centennial Hospital campus location at 345 23rd Ave. N, Suite 212, Nashville, TN 37203 to TOA's OneC1TY location.
If you have a scheduled appointment at the Nashville-Centennial location after Friday, December 16, 2022, that appointment will now take place at the OneC1TY location.
