Back in the Game After ACL Surgery with Dr. Anderson
"During my senior year of high school, I tore my ACL and had a slight tear of my meniscus. With a Division I softball scholarship offer and college starting in just 6 short months, I suddenly became concerned about my future. To say I was worried, is an understatement! My world was turned upside down! How long would I be out? Would I be able to play to the potential that I had previously played at before? Would I lose my scholarship? Would I ever be able to play again? Tons of questions ran through my mind. I was then introduced to Dr. Christian Anderson with TOA for my treatment plan. The compassion and level of care I received was far beyond my expectations. Dr. Anderson preformed my ACL reconstruction surgery. After, six months of amazing care and therapy, I was cleared to return and play the game I love again. Thanks to Dr. Anderson and staff, I was able to start my softball career at the University of Tennessee at Martin with no restrictions and without missing any of my first fall season this year. When people ask me if I would recommend Dr. Anderson and TOA it goes without saying. Absolutely, I would! I will always be grateful for Dr. Anderson going above and beyond and working tirelessly towards my healthy outcome and how they considered my future important when caring for me as a patient."
