Sarah Pulice is a board-certified Physician Assistant through the National Certification Committee on Physician Assistants. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff in 2018. To complete her undergraduate degree, she interned as an Exercise Physiologist in outpatient cardiac rehabilitation at Scottsdale HonorHealth in Arizona. Prior to graduate school, Sarah worked as an MRI assistant and medical assistant for a busy orthopedic practice in Bozeman, MT, where she grew up. She predominately worked with an upper extremity surgeon and PA, both of whom greatly influenced her decision to pursue surgical orthopedics.

She went on to earn a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies through Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas in 2021. Her graduate education consisted of 13 months of didactic curriculum, followed by 17 months of clinical rotations within the great state of Texas. The clinical rotations involved 13 medical practices, both inpatient and outpatient, in nine different specialties including general surgery.

Sarah brings experience as a PA in pain management of chronic musculoskeletal conditions. At TOA, she works exclusively with Dr. Tyler Staelin as a clinical and surgical PA specializing in the hand, wrist, and elbow. She joined our practice in September 2022.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, Stash and Shea. She spends much of her free time being active by weightlifting, golfing, and traveling. She also has a passion for college football and interior design.
