Biography
Christopher J. Siodlarz, D.O. specializes in physiatry and is board certified by The American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine with certification in Pain Medicine. Dr. Siodlarz graduated Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a B.S. in Biology. He earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, TX. He completed an internship at University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center, as well as his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, PM&R. During his residency, he served as Chief Resident and as a member of the education and research committees. To further specialize, Dr. Siodlarz completed a Musculoskeletal/Sports/Interventional Spine fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine.
Dr. Siodlarz works with his patients to ensure that all options for treatment are discussed before making the choice that is best for each individual situation. He believes that a well-educated patient is better informed and empowered to make the best decisions for their care. The focus of his practice is on interventional measures.
Dr. Siodlarz holds active memberships with the International Spine Interventional Society, Spine Interventional Society (SIS), and the American Association Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Prior to joining TOA, Dr. Siodlarz was in practice in Texas, where he was Team Physician for FC Dallas, and Illinois.
Outside of the office, he enjoys being part of his community and spending time with his family.
